I'm a big fan of looking around my house and throwing something together. Sometimes it's an enormous fail, but oftentimes I end up stumbling across something delicious!

When my son gets home from school he is always starving. But with dinner a few hours away, I don't want him snacking, but want to keep him healthily full until we sit down to our meal. So I made up this shake one day for him to try and he LOVED it, and begged for more. I love it too and find it keeps me so full. Let's get started! ~Briana

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 Tbsp peanut butter (I use organic)

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

1/4 cup frozen raspberries (my frozen fruit is organic)

1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder (I like Tera's Whey organic powder)

1 Tbsp hemp protein powder

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Chia seeds

1/2 tsp Flax seeds

6-7 leaves of organic baby spinach

*If you don't have vanilla protein powder you could always substitute with vanilla greek yogurt!

Throw it all in your blender and that's it! I hope you love it as much as we do! ~Briana
