Mini Meals for busy Mamas and their chicks! ~Sarah

Snack Kabobs
You can get creative with these but below are a few ideas:
Cubed white (or organic cheese) and put it on a pretzel stick with organic grapes
Cubed cheese with green or black olives
Almond butter or organic peanut butter spread on medjool pitted dates
Almond butter or organic peanut butter on organic apple slices
Almond butter or organic peanut butter on organic celery topped with organic raisins
Almond butter or organic peanut butter on banana slices
Briana’s Breakfast Balls
Dip Briana’s Breakfast “Bars” (typically known as Balls, but these can be pressed into bars as well!) in Greek yogurt.
Slice organic apples and sprinkle with cinnamon dip in a small amount of greek yogurt (French vanilla is good, watch the sugar content on the yogurt)
Make a fruit dip using PLAIN organic greek yogurt (1 cup) cinnamon(1tsp), nutmeg(dash), maple syrup(1-2 tablespoons) and cream cheese(half a block, softened)! Serve with sliced fruit! (I like using a fresh pineapple, apples, strawberries, bananas, and kiwi *remember to follow the dirty dozen/clean 15 guidelines for buying fruit).
Hummus dip (use one of our MRL homemade recipes): use cheese or veggies as dipping items
Sarah’s mini banana or pumpkin muffins
White cheese cubes and organic grapes
Organic carrots sliced for dipping sticks, dip in almond butter or organic peanut butter
Smoothies!
Trail Mix: use the nuts you have on hand: cashews, peanuts, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, organic or Kashi brand cheerios (optional: instead of M&M’s buy dark chocolate chips).
Toast a piece of oatmeal honey bread or a waffle from our MRL recipes and top with almond butter, organic peanut butter and raw honey or jam.
Mini Pizzas
My mom made these for us so often when growing up!
English muffins topped with pizza sauce, diced organic veggies and organic shredded mozzarella cheese then baked on a cookie sheet in the oven 350 -400 degrees 10 minutes!
Medjool dates and a favorite nut pairing (about 2 dates and ¼ cup of nuts)
Frozen banana slices topped with peanut butter or almond butter honey
