Quick arm workout for Mamas!

My youngest has lately wanted to do "jumpies" at least half a dozen times a day, and boy does it make those arm muscles burn!
It's very simple, you hold hands with your child while they jump, and you give them a little 'boost' when they jump up.
This can be done anywhere, anytime! Watching tv, playing outside, the possibilities are endless. And since you are having fun with your child at the same time, it hardly seems like a workout.
