We have many different hummus recipes for you to try! I will start first with my favorite "basic" plain hummus recipe. The first time I made it my husband thought it was store-bought! We use it on everything--sandwiches, crackers, as veggie dip....the list goes on and on! And best of all, I save about $4 per batch just by making hummus myself!

Ingredients:

1 can drained Cannelini beans (I know most people use garbanzo beans, but we love the creamy consistency of these beans)

1 clove of Elephant garlic (or about 3 cloves regular garlic--you could just add 1 or 2 if you don't love garlic)

1/4-1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (depending how creamy you like it)

1/2 cup Tahini sauce

1 tsp iodized sea salt

(optional for a little zest: 1/2 tsp paprika)

Put all ingredients in your food processor and puree. Add additional almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.

Little folks like to dip their crackers in this tasty concoction!

That's it! Seriously, it's that easy. I can't even tell you how delicious it is! Enjoy! ~Briana
