Pesto Shrimp Pizza

Here is another pizza variation! This pizza is based on one my mother in law makes, and we enjoy eating it when we aren't in the mood for a typical pepperoni and meat pizza. ~Briana
Toppings:
1 lb. raw shrimp
Roasted red peppers (organic)
Small artichokes (gmo-free)
Black olives
Frozen sweet corn
Pesto
Mozzarella
**We didn't add bacon this time, but it is also a tasty topping for this pizza! We like Applegate brand.
*Roll out your dough onto your pizza stone. You'll want to roll up the edges a bit so your pesto doesn't run off onto the bottom of your oven:


*Now add all your toppings! I usually top with a little cracked pepper.

Bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned and shrimp are pink.
