Working at Prodrive is both challenging but immensely rewarding. The environment helps inspire our employees to achieve more than they ever thought possible, while our culture means we actively encourage our staff to challenge convention so that together we can deliver innovative solutions to our customers in rapid timescales.
We are always looking for talented people who want to further their careers in a truly dynamic working environment. If you think you are one of these people, then we would like to hear from you.
We are committed to developing our staff and our employee development programme means that much of our management team has been promoted from within. Our business is driven by innovation and technology and we value technical competence and expertise just as much as leadership skills so we have career paths that will allow you to develop and grow through either route whatever stage of your career you are at.
APPRENTICESHIPS
We offer a range of apprenticeships in partnership with local colleges and these range from composites technician trainees to machine and engine shop technicians right through to race team junior technician roles.
GRADUATES
The fast moving nature of programmes and innovative technology, our specialism in mechatronic programmes and our flat organisational structure means that our graduates develop into professional engineers quicker than most. You’ll be given responsibility early on with opportunities for placements across the business. You will build broad foundations and be expected to work towards chartered engineer status through our IMechE/IET aligned MPDS programme.
COMPOSITES
Our composites technicians benefit from a skill development framework which allows them to develop and see their careers progress. Technicians who complete their training are highly skilled in composites and recognised across the industry.
